Lunch with Kevin next wednesday at 1pm. My calendar app instantly recognizes the title and time and creates the event at the right time. I can even add a location and a duration in the same way.
I wrote about my love for the CMD+K workflow in apps earlier, and I feel similarly about input through typing with NLP.
It's such a natural way to transfer information from your brain to your device. It's only a small step from there to speech based input. In fact, there is no reason why that would not be possible already. Maybe it is, I haven't tried in a while.
If you haven't made this a part of your workflows, I strongly recommend trying it out and seeking out apps that support it! This is one of the reasons I'm such a big fan of Todoist and Vimcal.
